Laut einer Umfrage des Digitalverbands Bitkom hat schon fast jedes zweite Unternehmen in Deutschland f\u00fcr die Umsetzung spezielle Software genutzt. Insgesamt wurden mehr als 500 Unternehmen zu diesem Thema befragt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Teil der Firmen hat daf\u00fcr auf am Markt verf\u00fcgbare Software zur\u00fcckgegriffen, die f\u00fcr das jeweilige Unternehmen angepasst wurden. Das war bei gut einem Drittel der Fall. Weitere 11 Prozent haben markt\u00fcbliche Software ohne individuelle Anpassung eingesetzt, drei Prozent der befragten Unternehmen haben Softwarel\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr sich entwickeln lassen.&nbsp;&nbsp;Nur ein Prozent hat f\u00fcr diesen Zweck selbst neue Software entwickelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eDie umfangreichen Dokumentations- und Informationspflichten der DSGVO erzeugen hohe Aufw\u00e4nde in Unternehmen\u201c, sagt Susanne Dehmel, Mitglied der Bitkom-Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung. \u201eSoftwarel\u00f6sungen helfen dabei, das gesamte Datenschutzmanagement effizient zu steuern und aktuell zu halten.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der DSGVO im Jahr 2020<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament hat die DSGVO im April 2016 mit gro\u00dfer Mehrheit angenommen. Im Mai 2018 wurde die Verordnung dann offiziell wirksam. Seitdem m\u00fcssen Unternehmen in der gesamten EU also die entsprechenden Vorgaben umsetzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmwi.de\/Redaktion\/DE\/Artikel\/Digitale-Welt\/europaeische-datenschutzgrundverordnung.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"DSGVO (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\">DSGVO<\/a> regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und bewertet. Eine umfassende Evaluation soll alle vier Jahre durchgef\u00fchrt werden, zum ersten Mal steht eine solche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung durch die EU-Kommission im Mai dieses Jahres an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus der Wirtschaft gibt es dazu ganz verschiedene Meinungen. Aus Bitkom-Sicht betont Susanne Dehmel allerdings, dass die DSGVO einen grunds\u00e4tzlichen Fehler habe: \u201eSie unterscheidet nicht zwischen Vereinen, Startups oder Gro\u00dfkonzernen und nicht ausreichend zwischen den verschiedensten Datenverarbeitungsprozessen.\u201c In Zukunft sollten deshalb Art und Umfang der Datenverarbeitung ausschlaggebend f\u00fcr die Anwendung der Regeln sein.
